Equilibrium Engineering Construction Division is catered to a wide variety of clientele in search of a customized hands on approach to residential, small and medium sized commercial construction projects.

Equilibrium Engineering offers critical capital cost estimates on full projects or individual systems. Combining project pricing with energy efficiency evaluations provides the client an opportunity to select specific areas eligible for upgrades, and facilitates an informative decision making process necessary to balance overall budget, occupant comfort and performance.

New Construction

Equilibrium Engineering’s custom Construction Division is a seamless transition from design to implementation. Client’s can now pursue design to dig with Equilibrium Engineering, using an experienced construction and project management crew familiar with all aspects of the build.
Equilibrium Engineering is also able to work with outside consultants, and is comfortable takinga client’s set of conceptual plans and making their project a reality.
