Equilibrium Engineering partnered with Dr. Daniel Lazaric in the conceptual design and construction of a new 7,200 square foot commercial building in New Minas, NS. Equilibrium Engineering coordinated all aspects of the build, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design, project pricing and construction management.
From the first nail to final occupancy permit, Equilibrium’s project management team efficiently consulted multiple tradespeople and local companies. With an underlying goal of implementing sustainable construction practices while staying on time and budget, Equilibrium Engineering is proud to showcase this new development in the Annapolis Valley region.
