Apple Valley Acres is a premier subdivision covering 50 acres in the heart of Berwick, Nova Scotia. The complete subdivision will add approximately 2.5km of fully underground serviced streets to the town.
Equilibrium Engineering provided full design services for Apple Valley Acres, which included site grading, storm and sanitary network analysis, street design and all drafting services for the two-phase project. Equilibrium worked closely with the developer to include proposed design ideas while ensuring local bylaws and design requirements were met.
